The most important things i like in this software is interface easily handle if you practice and most amazing product for inventory management.
Period lock and then getting as of date trial balance and financial statements are difficult. Difficult to edit details of invoices once entered.
I feel like the future will be strong for both Peach and our business which is great.
Also the lag that can exist when connecting to peach servers can be frustraiting at times.
The product control is great an being able to bespoke reports is good.
A lot of times there is an update something stops working correctly.
Peach has grown with us. The customer service is the best, if I can't find a report or need some special report, customer service points me in the right direction or adds a special report for me.
These normally get fixed but that is a task in itself and you are made to feel like it is something you are doing wrong. The reporting is over complicated and building your own reports is painful.
Shalonda: My name is Shalonda and I work here at Genesis Reference Laboratories in Orlando, Florida as a purchase manager. Our company size right now is anywhere between, I would say 80 to 150 employees nationwide. And on a scale of one to five, I would rate Wasp a four. I came to the supply chain department shortly after they implemented InventoryCloud, but before, when I first started here, they used to use an Excel sheet and they would manually keep track of what's the cycle count and what's taken out of inventory and added to inventory. So that was a very manual process and they wouldn't receive alerts of when things were expiring, inventory costs, so they ended up switching to InventoryCloud. My Director of Supply Chain chose InventoryCloud based on the price point compared to other programs, based on right now, since we are a smaller laboratory, we needed something to kind of grow with us on a smaller scale. The program is still pretty easy to use. Anytime I'm needing to add any other functions, I can easily reach out to the Wasp support team, and I usually get a response within a day and a solution within a day as well, so it's pretty easy. I would recommend for anyone for InventoryCloud as a very user-friendly interface, very easy to train anyone on, very easy to add other functions as well, especially reporting functions. It's very, very easy to use and I highly recommend the use of InventoryCloud.
