Slice vs Deliveroo: Which is a better fit?

What I like the most is the easiness of the app and the professionally of the account managers I had to deal with during those years, Slice gave me great opportunities.

For a company that specializes in pizza tge riders for pizza come thru in a confused orientation.

Their customer service is top notch and I feel like I'm working with a partner, not a leach like with the other apps. Slice's loyalty marketing is a huge differentiating factor.

Lack of integration, menu item printing routing.

Overall really happy with it. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I know that Slice is helping us grow.

The pictures to upload to menu is too time consuming and difficult.

Slice has the best tablet software for accepting orders at the restaurant, excellent Customer Service, and a Slice-covered Loyalty Program that customers use.

I have had a few complaints about storing cc numbers for ease...also when the system goes down.

Being able to quickly change settings such as availability and expected wait time are very useful front end. Sales reporting is very easy to run on back end.

This is especially annoying should a technical problem arise. Sales data capture is difficult to integrate with EPOS systems - so far we have had to manually enter sales.

Helpful for a late night or for a last minute meal, its easy to use.

Hard to use, difficult to navigate, unable to set settings.

I like the way you can easily search for vegan dishes and adding items to your order is so simple my child could do it.

Updating prices and products is messy having to go through Deliveroo direct. Having to use Deliveroo's own tablet can be frustrating when all our other systems are integrated.

Clear improvements could be made in terms of integration with other systems, and more autonomy for users on the backend without having to go through Deliveroo.

Been pretty disappointed with this app amd made no impact on my business.
