QA Wolf is a great fit for growing companies with no or low coverage, and companies that want to free up their QA team from test maintenance.
Zephyr Enterprise is best suited for consolidating complex Agile/Waterfall based teams across multiple Jira instances within your organization.
Great project, great people, it's been a successful project. We had numerous starts and stops to automated UI testing over the years that we were finally able to tackle with QA Wolf.
I don't have anything that comes to mind that I would consider a dislike.
The combination of their powerful testing platform and proactive service enables us to catch issues early, collaborate seamlessly as a team, and release with confidence.
Our software is complex, and creating automated test coverage requires some upfront work that can be difficult to provide since our team is understaffed.
Overall, it was fantastic. The customer support was great, the QA engineers were highly skilled, and they clearly knew what they were doing.
QA wolf's response time is so fast that it's hard to keep up. They have so many people standing by that if I message in-between meetings with I will have a quick response within a minute or two.
The benefits of switching to QA Wolf have been outstanding. The QA Wolf team is very professional and responsive.
We consider this the lowest priority: [sensitive content hidden. Despite this, QA Wolf was very accommodating and allowed us to skip these tests, as they weren't part of a crucial flow to begin with.
I love the ability to generate Reports and manage tests with ease. The rest APIs also allow to update of results of automation scripts to the JIRA and auto-generate dashboards, and status in JIRA.
So disappoint it with the Roll out releases and support.
We can now "see," in real-time, the progress of all our testing and release pipelines. The integrations to other software development applications is excellent, via the API's or plug-ins.
Navigating through collections of test was buggy and frustrating.
Customer support and interactions have been outstanding. Zephyr has a Customer Advisory Board, which meets twice a year, to listen to, and respond to the industry.
Even it's a testing tool and team should know everything about quality - they push releases not fully checked, so we tired to have problems one-days a release.
This is one of the best tools that I have worked on to date for the tasks of test management. The tool directly helps me provide most the reports and artifacts that I need for my day-to-day work.
You have to pay for each user and after awhile it just got so frustrating it was no longer worth it. I wish Jira capture still was around.
