It is a great tool with advanced features that allow to make screenshots in a very fast, easy, and efficient way and even share them on the platforms like Jira.

Sadly you can't do video recordings, only screenshots.

It helps me communicate instructions and to highlight issues to any user who is need of support. I can press print screen and easily grab an image, highlight areas and annotate.

It helps to document work for different reasons like proof of testing, documentation, sending feedback, etc. It helps to organize and edit your screenshots for further use.

It does not offer the level of manipulation that Snagit provides.

For what we use it for, it's tough to beat a solid app that is free. I would definitely recommend it.

No video feature to convert the images to video.

I sometime find it difficult to get the logo tool to create the logo with just the right feel.

Its intuitive interface, combined with robust features, makes it an excellent choice for artists, designers, and photographers looking for a reliable tool to express their creativity.

If i was forced to think of one it would be perhaps the dashboard could be refined a tad bit but that is only a personal preference.
