Customer service is also great and always happy to answer questions on the phone and to look into features for improvement.
When pulling reports after the event we sometimes find that due to lack of internet connection or some other glitch, our reports are not reflective of the actual attendees.

The structure of the website is a bit confusing to use at first.
I love that the software seamlessly transitions to my iPhone or iPad to check in guests on site at an event. It's so helpful to be able to move around while managing my check in team.
I dislike the fact that previous show lists are almost immediately archived. I also think that it would be more convenient if you could add guests and their seats directly from the phone apps.
Everything about this software is made to help us with our work, we produce clean , organized work and super fast.
The one issue I have is that it's a bit difficult to navigate at first. There is so much on there, that when you don't know how to use the software yet, it can be a bit overwhelming.
It's great for getting your customers registered and manage those registrations for your upcoming events. Very helpful for running promotions cost effectively.
Sometimes it's lagging or what that pop-ups are getting while answering and missing the question.
