Welbi vs SNF Metrics: Which is a better fit?

Really appreciate the support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the previous gal [SENSITIVE CONTENT. Changes get done immediately and it is a pleasure to work with such nice responsive people.

The formatting is off with the borders, it have to download it as a PDF in order to not have the calendar cut off.

Additionally, its wonderful to be able to show families in a graph representation what their loves ones are participating in.

This might be a reach but it would be really handy to have an error code pop up when we have double scheduled a space so we don't have to wait until we see the printed calendar to catch it.

This solution is a great time saver, it provides accurate data and we love the recommendation engine capabilities.

The team takes all feedback very seriously and implements changes very quickly.

Costumer service is wonderful and very helpful. The esthetics of of the calendar are beautiful.

It is very user friendly and really helps me track the compliance of the facilities I am responsible for.

Does not pull into charting system locks people out if they don't use it frequently enough causing delay in risk reporter completion.

Sometimes 2 of us are in at the same time and we cancel out what someone is doing.

I like that we can create customizable reports. It is very user friendly and easy on the eyes visually.

I dislike that many times it takes substantial amount of time for reports to load. I also don't like that when I input info it doesn't pull right away on the reports I run.

I love that I can put my tasks in there and not have to remember anything because I know if it's in SNF I can trust that the task will come up and remind me on the date I set it for.

Further, AR reports can appear messy and not all data on the site will appear on the reports.
