There are still some issues when the AI misunderstands the user's interactions and gives more cheating points as it should be. So the human interaction is still needed.

Part of their programming made it so that if I wasn't 100% clear with my instructions, or people made mistakes, the default screens made it a bit confusing.

I think the worst part about using this software is that when trying to take an exam, you must be on a specific type of internet connection.

Overall, I really enjoy using Proctorio. I am always grateful when my professors allow us to take exams through Proctorio rather than in a physical testing center.

If you do not have a proper internet connection Proctorio will not work. You need to have a land line connection, it cannot be a phone or satellite connection to the internet, which is frustrating.

I like the flexibility of being able to take my exams whenever and wherever I want. It helps me accommodate already stressful exams into my busy schedule.

Students get frustrated with learning how to use. Specially when they have to scan their ID cars but they eventually figure it out.

The implementation team was amazing and the support team follows up each quarter with usage data and reports statistics on all support provided to students and faculty.

Proctorio can sometimes “bug out” with chrome and have issues starting and functioning during tests. The issues are few, but can cause devastation for some students.
