Fellowship Tech support is very knowledgeable and very responsive. The report writing team is outstanding in building capable and flexible reports.
I hate calling support because it's so frustrating. Unless you have someone in your office who understands databases, then don't waste your time and money.
The app allows you to have the church directory at your fingertips which is helpful. They also, allow you to customize much of the system so you can tailor it to your liking.
The downside for us was the lack of flexibility that some of the features had, and the lack of new features being released in a timely manner.
Iphone Application is great for the priests. Great for the parish to be able to see their information online.
This is a terrible product with some of the worst customer service in existence. The product is clunky and overly complicated.
Functionality is really good. Access to the data via API is great and getting better with every new API realm.
To run a report is not simple. They ask you so many questions and there are so many boxes to check to run a report, many of the reports can come out as failed due to one missing element.
We have had great success with the InPeace App. It can at the right time, at the right price, and we are excited as we continue to explore all of the current features and incorporate the new features.
No comment as I have problems or concerns about the product.
There is outstanding customer support. I also loved that there were consistent trainings regarding key features.
The only con is that sometimes it is hard to navigate.
The customer service has been amazing!!!! Whenever we have had an issue or needed tech support, it has been very easy to get in contact with someone that has been helpful.
I don’t like that the default language isn’t English. In order to change it English you have to select the option every time.
I love the access and the experience with InPeace with great variety options to communicate and display events.
I don't like the fact that I have to click on the app to see that I have push notifications. There needs to be more awareness that a notification has been sent out.
Amy: My name is Amy. I'm a virtual executive assistant and I work for churches, and I give FellowshipOne a three out of five. I use FellowshipOne every day with the church that I work for. We kept up with a database of all our members, our guests, our attendees. We ran reports about groups and tithing and attendance, all those kinds of things. One of the things I liked about FellowshipOne is when you went to a person's profile, everything you needed to know was right there on the screen, especially family members, groups they were part of, their attendance, all those things. So all that information was easily accessible. The thing I disliked about FellowshipOne. I think the main thing was their reports. They were super hard to use. They're very, very complicated. You had to go in and set up all these different parameters and none of it made sense. It was very, very difficult. It was hard to get just basic, simple information that you needed in their reporting. The whole thing was just a little clunky and it was very expensive. So our church did switch from FellowshipOne.
