I like the fact that the software allow you to use so many tools to create awesome.
Lack of documentation or at least an intuitive means to search and find it. Lack of a user forum in order to learn from other users of the software.
Overall, the ease of use (to me) and the plentiful features. It is a great addition to facilitate labels exactly as our customers need them.
Sometimes the software does not work with new pc updates. We lose some functionality after the update and we end up asking for assistance from our local IT to update the software as well.
The customer service department is great. They always help their customers.
There are a few things that I have found that I cannot currently do, and may or may not be included in future versions. Upgrades can be painful.
It is very easy to navigate around as its GUI interface is similiar to Microsoft Office so it is good for users that do not know very much.
Exporting data from the printing process is not as easy or intuitive as other features. Utilizing a partner network for sales has made getting answers to questions difficult at times.
I appreciate the ease of use and options to customize. The customer support is wonderful at answering questions and fixing issues.
Hard to extract label images (odd extension on label files) to send to organic certification agencies.
The customer service is outstanding. Each time I have had to call Labelview for assistance, I received excellent service from the technicians.
Sometimes the network administration gets messed up and I need to restart the server in order for the licensing to properly work.
Best thing about labelview is that is highly customizable. Second best thing is end user ease of use.
It does everything I need. I would say changing the printer ribbon, but now I think I could change it blind folded.
Overall it is a very good program, and I would recommend to other organizations.
