Functionalities didn’t work leading to loss of customers. Routing was so bad we had to pay a full time employee to run it.

I would definitely recommend PestaRoo and have quite often referred their name to others in the industry who are on the hunt for the perfect pest control software.
I explained that we are a busy office and that the training they have available would be no different from what they would be telling me and that it is an Application problem and non-compatible.
This is a great package to grow with my business because it's much more cost efficient than most of the other providers I looked at and is relatively easy to use.
A bad comment on a website would be the least of my worries if I treated one of my customers like that.
Our company has tried several different softwares before finding pestaroo. This software is truly amazing.
It isn't that hard to do daily entries. The main problem with the program is that it is suppose to bring up your monthly or quarterly accounts when they are due but it doesn't.
Information is always available when needed and reports are good.
I emailed two other times requesting cancellation and refund, with no reply at all and then today I received another invoice for the next month's service.

When researching PestPac and speaking to the representatives, we were able to get all of our questions answered, and detailed questions answered so we knew if this was the right product for us. After a few phone calls, we knew it was for us. PestPac was really easy to get started with because they provide exceptional customer service. Their onboarding team provided a weekly phone call, support, webinars, so many tools to learn the system, and learn how it will work for your company, and how to do setup. I would fully recommend PestPac to anybody that is looking for software like this. Their customer service is exceptional. I can't speak more highly about the support they give you, and you can call them any time and they are there to help you with the most minor item, or the most intricate item. But, they are just great to deal with and the program is so easy to use.
