After a few phone calls, we knew it was for us. PestPac was really easy to get started with because they provide exceptional customer service. Their onboarding team provided a weekly phone call, support, webinars, so many tools to learn the system, and learn how it will work for your company, and how to do setup. I would fully recommend PestPac to anybody that is looking for software like this. Their customer service is exceptional. I can't speak more highly about the support they give you, and you can call them any time and they are there to help you with the most minor item, or the most intricate item. But, they are just great to deal with and the program is so easy to use.
