Numerik vs RepZio: Which is a better fit?

They are great at training and continuing follow-up as the months have rolled along. We have to say they are very customer focused and their post-sales support is great.

The app lags sometimes when trying to switch functions (eg changing custom dates for monthly sales).

I love the visual aspect, you can see at a glance where you're at vs your target. It's amazing how quickly you come to rely on it.

No fault of Numerik, but I don't utilize it to its full potential. I mainly use it for sakes forecasting and tracking.

Tonnes of excellent features and just super easy to use.

It's was easy to learn and great for sending our clients and their clients information and pictures. I also like the ease of going back and looking at previous orders when working with customers.

I dislike that information can not be altered after submitted unless you are the admin - it wastes a lot of time and I dislike that payments can not be processed through it.

I like most that it gives you a lust if the best jobs in your surrounding areas, and it or s you network with the best if the best, so you know what's going on everyday in your community.

Only just a few times has the page stopped and vanished. I realize this could be an internet interruption.

This is great for being on top of products that are customers are looking for. Getting order copies so quickly is also a wonderful feature.

RepZio continues to have the same problem everytime, and no one is able to fix it.

The ease of use is great. I like that I can pull up a customer's name and address while I am walking to greet the customer and start the order at the same time.

Once in awhile there seems to be a problem between the scanner and the program.
