What I like the most is the ability to look up one part and see prices from all of my top vendors. I also love that the part numbers and prices transfer to the invoice seamlessly.
Now update after update it gets worse and worse. IDK if its our sources just don't utilize it effectively or if PartsTech is just circling the drain.
The program is very user friendly and has good notes as to when certain parts are needed for certain options for vehicle.
We hear they are looking at a labor guide (motor) which is arguably the WORST labor guide to use.

Easy to use, keeps track off things like customer history, I've been using this program since 1994 dos version I've been thrue the windows growing pains with the program, and I still like it.
Lots of problems over the last 2 yrs. Final straw was it loops through their server every startup and they downgraded me from bookkeeper to companion, for no reason.

Bought an upgrade that covered 3 quarters of invomax features. Company was sold and the new owners more or less told me too bad about my previous purchase and subsequent upgrade will not.
The presentation on the Web looks good and shows promise for the application.
We don't do anything different, use it, close down the computer for the day and restart, and yet, things magically disappear. When you call, they say it's our fault; user error.
