Paperpile vs Dashworks: Which is a better fit?

I enjoy the easy-to-use interface and capacity for editing. I like the ease with which I can add papers/documents to the program.

The main issue is in organizing citations because users cannot upload a paper directly into a folder, so there is a risk of misplacing it.

I love its reader platform —so comfortable for reading, highlighting and making annotations. The citation system works seamlessly with Google docs.

My biggest complaint is that you cannot search the text of papers.

Terrific software for compiling references, papers. Pretty good for collaboration.

It is difficult to troubleshoot why the format is incorrect.

Love the chrome extension and add to paperpile button. Customer support exists unlike other free apps and is awesome.

The annotation feature is glitchy and limited.

The customer relations team is also great. They are very keen to listen to their customer's needs and experiences to make the product better.

Charges are high so that organization needs to work on it.

I like everything about dashwork. It is a really good platform.

One of the features I feel that is missing is a web extension for Dashworks.

Dashworks really helps me on a daily basis with the document search and retrieval process, especially in my early days at this company. It's a good platform to keep all the knowledge in one place.

It will take you a few days, at worst, to try and discover a large portion of their features. Them having so many features isn't too bad, however.

The amount of integrations they have is useful. I would say this is probably one of the strongest aspects is that it can search through multiple tools that we use.

I've asked it basic questions about our annual budget and other information that I know is in our range of documents or even emails, but it has a hard time making sense of my questions.
