Customers moving from a paper-based timekeeping solution as well as customers who need an integrated process for both time and attendance and payroll/accounting systems.
Hourly.io is best for small to medium size businesses with hourly and mobile workers.
I love that it is integrated with our accounting system and all we have to do is import the timesheets for immediate payroll processing. I love the archiving and document features.
With only using the Pay Stub View feature we have no dislikes with the software.
It is very cost effective, easy to use and train employees how to use. The customer support is outstanding.
The integrations with slack have latency. Features are still somewhat limited and app doesnt go above and beyond.
I have needed some reports and formatting that the Clockwise support team had to help me with. They did an excellent job and were very responsive.
No default settings available for categories used often.
I love Clockwise most for the way that it can select the best timeslot for scheduling a flexible meeting. This has saved me HOURS of back-and-forth with planning group sessions.
Difficult to link time report outputs to our Thompson Reuters myPay Solutions payroll software.
The overall experience with Hourly has been great. We appreciate the easy access and the simplicity of the software as our employees do too.
I have made the mistakes a couple of time by not selecting the correct time period because it defaults to more recent.
The ease of the program is also outstanding. In the 2 years of using the service, they have done many improvement as well.
Few steps need to be taken to pay hourly rate. Another trouble is monthly salary needs to deactivate (so that they dont get the stub) when we want to skip that employee.
It's fairly user friendly and has a variety of useful features. Great value for the price compared to other solutions.
So far I Don’t have anything about this software I don’t like least yet.
Super easy to use and track employees, great for a non technical person like myself.
I don’t like the fact that there was very small amount of instructions. I basically had to figure it out myself.
Mustafa H.: Hi, I'm Mustafa. I'm a project manager, and I would give four out of five to Clockwise. For more reviews, click below. Clockwise is really useful for managing calendars. It is able to crunch time of meetings into slots, and then also free up focus time. It also helps in scheduling regular focus time across weeks, and also helps monitor the time spent by teams on doing scattered time versus focused time. I like the way Clockwise is able to integrate into Google Calendar and also merge my personal and work calendar so that I can get a single view into my week and my weekend. It also helps to give analytics of how much focus time I have, how much time I'm spending in meetings, how much time I am having scattered throughout my week, and how much time I can consolidate to further be more productive. So overall, I like the fact that it helps me become more productive. One of the things I think Clockwise could improve on is their algorithm for putting in focus time. Sometimes I find focus time is put in where I need to schedule meetings. And sometimes they also block my time where I need it for some other purpose. So I would hope they are continuously improving the algorithms so that's able to do better. I think there are also a lot of notifications that come on email or Slack with the integration, which is good, but then at times it gives false certification to people that I've been booked by slot clockwise, where I would be available for a discussion.
