Difficult to set up billing properly, still issues after 2 years, EMR is not intuitive and incessantly and unnecessarily difficult.
But since I have started using it, I use it for all my prescriptions because I love the ease and speed of prescribing, and the ease of maintaining prescription records.
Our compounded scripts aren't being received by other pharmacies. Live chat stopped working for us after the first few weeks.
The software is customization to some extent. It can help to ensure that clinical staff are filling in all required documentation, which is nice from a coding and charging perspective.
Horrible, their IT will blame and make excuses of why the product fails to live up to its reputation. They hire kids that have no right being in IT/system analyst, coders, etc.
Once you learn Cerner Powerchart, it is a great software, very user friendly, organized, easy to navigate.
Worse, they blamed our IT team here when was clear it wasn't the case. This was more frustrating as this was happening while we're busy seen patients.

Jazel: Hi, my name is Jazel. I'm pharmacist owner of Acts Pharmacy. I give Rxnt a four. Before Rxnt, we were using Office Ally. However, it's not robust enough for what we need in terms of the EHR, the electronic records, and just data capture. We chose Rxnt because of its cost. It's on the price range that we were comfortable with, and then the needed applications in terms of e-prescribing, billing, it is all there. Rxnt provided us the training that we needed to properly use it. They helped us set up in terms of the billing, setting up our insurance companies, setting up our templates. That's about it. If you are a pharmacy looking for an EHR software and you're just starting, check on Rxnt just because they're in that portable price range and they're robust enough to meet the pharmacy needs.
