Browse.ai is a great, simple and intuitive, yet very functional data extraction tool. It's best for data extraction from specific websites at a predefined frequency rate and it does it seamlessly.
Most of my test runs lead to a failure, but there was no specific information on what caused it, and my requests to support weren't quickly answered. I had trouble selecting some images.
This works like a charm and does what it does without any issue. I'm totally satisfied with the product and would definitely recommend this product to colleagues.
I have been more than 4 months with the software not working and support just never gets back to my email. I lost clients for this reason but they don't care.
Pagination, it supports almost any kind of pagination and it's perfect. Lazy loading works like a charm.
Some problems with the sites reCAPTCHA and hCAPTCHA.
Excellent, fast and responsive support - even for new, free accounts which is pretty unheard of.
The extension would some sometimes bug out in recording mode, making it annoying as you would need to re-record the macro for what data to capture.
So the best for me is the support. Also, the speed is optimal and the proxy rotation is awesome.
I am worried about the autoparsing functionality they provide.
What I like the most is its easy-to-use API, excellent documentation, and affordable pricing. My experience has been amazing.
While they have extensive documentation they desperately need a search bar to assist with users hunting for specific instructions/setup while learning how to use ZenRows.
Very good API with good documentation and examples. High success rate for most websites (good captcha solvers).
If I understand correctly, they have to maintain parsing logic for a number of sites which means that if the sites change their html structure, it could be that the parsing logic fails.
My experience has been great with ZenRows. They are clearly passionate about web scraping and their support is eager to help.
The pricing of the service is high. It hard to adapt in production.
