Korra vs Dashworks: Which is a better fit?

In addition to the ease in setting it up, the intuitive way we "publish" additional content the most impressive feature is the end-user interface: simple intuitive and comprehensive.

This is a next phase of development and didn't hurt our pilot, but it would be a problem in the long-run if these deficits are not addressed.

Overall experience with Korra has been great. I've seen the product rapidly mature and improve, and I anticipate that process to contiue.

The ease of setup to create a live search tool is fantastic. In less that 10 minutes, I was up and running with a series of video, pdf and document based content.

The customer relations team is also great. They are very keen to listen to their customer's needs and experiences to make the product better.

Charges are high so that organization needs to work on it.

One of the features I feel that is missing is a web extension for Dashworks.

Dashworks really helps me on a daily basis with the document search and retrieval process, especially in my early days at this company. It's a good platform to keep all the knowledge in one place.

It will take you a few days, at worst, to try and discover a large portion of their features. Them having so many features isn't too bad, however.

The amount of integrations they have is useful. I would say this is probably one of the strongest aspects is that it can search through multiple tools that we use.

I've asked it basic questions about our annual budget and other information that I know is in our range of documents or even emails, but it has a hard time making sense of my questions.
