ManageEngine Password Manager Pro vs Twilio User Authentication & Identity: Which is a better fit?

Manage Engine Password Manager Pro is very user friendly and easy to manage. This is using multi-factor authentication with strong encryption methods.

We have a 2 node setup to ensure availability across multiple regions but it requires overhead if there is a failure to ensure the server that went down becomes a slave.

Awesome password management system that makes it easy to retrieve any password or security question answers anywhere at anytime.

It is easy to find the passwords and users there, some interesting functionalities such as remote connection on computers, and automatic password change for the users which is configured there.

Password Manager Pro can be expensive for some businesses, particularly for small businesses or those with limited budgets.

The user experience is good, Authy knows what I need, and the limitations that I can have if I lose my phone, the back up process is easy compared to other apps, they have a nice and neat design.

I'll keep using it and adding more accounts when I can.

Authy has been a life-saver, saving both time and money while providing great security. The set up and day to day has been seamless.

Another minor annoyance is that you can't rearrange or sort the accounts.

It is a best data and account protecting 2FA app which have an advanced features with a simple interface. Non other 2FA app can supply this kind of experience and this should be improved.

I miss the functionality from Microsoft Authenticator where I can receive a notification and just approve the access, but it's not a big deal as it only works with Microsoft accounts.

Twilio has done a great job with Authy. My favorite feature is the ability to use my 2FA codes on multiple devices without re-doing the 2FA authentication for each device.

Difficult to manage lots of different MFA tokens.
