The application tracking process is good and it's features like comments and feedback selections are also good.
Dashboard UI which always confused me, what should I do. I am also confused about typing the domain, pyjamhr.com, or app.pyjamahr.com.
It has helped us streamline our talent acquisition process to a great extent and moreover, I will highly recommend it to any organization that is looking for a solution and prompt service.

Its really a Best product in the category of HR ATS. And love to use this product, because customer service is very good and quick responsive.
There is no candidate recommendation on the job so the recruiter can select them.
Job posting responses is way better relevancy than any other platform with the help of options given to use filters. This is a slick system and a great way of analyzing potential candidates.

I work in the government industry, and obviously we need a streamlined approach to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new employees. And NEOGOV has really helped bring that all together in a very streamlined process. What I like most about NEOGOV is the fact that it is cloud based. We no longer have to keep a huge amount of paper files on hand for new applicants and job processes. We're able to manage a lot of the stuff in the cloud. It's easily accessible if we have employees working remote and handling background checks and setting up parts of the testing process, and it really helps out on that end. I really don't have much to say in the negative aspect about NEOGOV. I was not part of the decision making process to bring that on to our organization, and I really didn't have much training provided to me when I started using NEOGOV, but it was rather an easy system and program to pick up on my own, and really has helped save us some time and provided some different ways to access recruiting and testing materials for remote workers.
