Benepass vs Effortless Admin: Which is a better fit?

The customer support is very active and polite. It has been very pleasant to all questions about our benefits and also other random questions about the app or the benefits.

I had some difficulty completing a couple of steps such as setting up a linked account.

My employer provides commuter, lunch, and fitness/wellness benefits through Benepass and I love using it. It’s great that I can add my Benepass card to my Apple Wallet for tap-to-pay.

It takes relatively a long time to get reimbursed I am not sure if it is on Benepass or my company though.

Not only I can use it almost everywhere for food and groceries, but also they have an amazing customer care team. They usually respond within the same day.

I would like to see a reason provided for rejection of submitted reimbursements.

The team went to great lengths to customize a solution that best met our needs.

Effortless Admin has made benefits so easy. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and if I ever needed any help the team is always accessible and super quick to respond.

Sometimes confusing for members --they have to enroll in EA but this is not the actual insurer.

Myself and a colleague of mine find it a great way to keep track of all employees and our billing. As well as the team was super helpful and easy to contact with set up and any issues that arose.

The links to the insurance company do not always work for employees and it can be frustrating, I believe it's a browser issue.

Effortless Admin is a wonderful Benefit Administrator who is constantly looking to grow and improve their processes.

This can be very hard to track who those remaining employees are.

From beginning to end it was a great experience. Implementation was a breeze and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I feel employees that are on mat leave should still be listed in the system so when they return I can click on it to submit the information.
