SharpeSoft Estimator vs Kubla Cubed: Which is a better fit?

We have employed estimators that have used other competitors products, such as HCSS in the past. Once they use Sharpesoft, they are amazed with how easy it is to use and how powerful the software is.

The time and heartache that I have witnessed trying programs that I was promised worked together has lost my company and other's, employee time and lost revenue.

I have only been using Sharpsoft for less than a year, however it seems user friendly and the customer service is great as well.

We have yet to come upon a feature or service that we feel the need to complain about.

Ease of use and outstanding support. I believe this software is tailor made for the dirt / heavy civil industry.

There's no program for diary/timecard tracking against estimated/budgeted costs.

I find Estimator easy to use. The support is top notch, I never have to wait for help.

So far no real cons on this program however I am only 4-6 months in using the program.

Kubla has increased our abilities no end and with the confidence this brings means we can be more confident & competitive.

Very little negative to say except some annoying glitches when a new version is released, however these are soon rectified.

That's right, they have a free version that is super helpful to get rough estimates when you have nothing else. Once I bought a subscription It changed the game for me.

I was currently generating cut fills using an "old-school" technique, which is 70% accurate, but would get us, close.

They have also been constantly improving it with each update adding new capabilities. Overall I am happy I stumbled upon these guys 4 years ago.

Also I don't like navigation. When zoom in or out - I cant's "shift" model right or left.

Well, I haven't had the need to use any other program, as Kubla Cubed has proven to be reliable and accurate in its calculations. This really is the perfect program for estimating earthworks.

I find this product at times can be a bit difficult to use. At first finding everything wasn't always easy.
