Browse.ai is a great, simple and intuitive, yet very functional data extraction tool. It's best for data extraction from specific websites at a predefined frequency rate and it does it seamlessly.
Most of my test runs lead to a failure, but there was no specific information on what caused it, and my requests to support weren't quickly answered. I had trouble selecting some images.
This works like a charm and does what it does without any issue. I'm totally satisfied with the product and would definitely recommend this product to colleagues.
I have been more than 4 months with the software not working and support just never gets back to my email. I lost clients for this reason but they don't care.
Pagination, it supports almost any kind of pagination and it's perfect. Lazy loading works like a charm.
The extension would some sometimes bug out in recording mode, making it annoying as you would need to re-record the macro for what data to capture.

There are tutorials but even in them some terms are difficult for laymen to understand.
Combine this with excellent customization possibilities and a very flexible solution including standard, easy to get started set-up with advanced rules and monitoring capabilities - you have a winner.
Some of this is our own fault with bad data, but should still have a fix to this, when I could imagine other businesses also struggle with the same.
RePrice have developed a very good product, and are always open to our suggestions and new features. Excellent company all over.
Sometimes google matching of products is missing, because we have the wrong EAN number or the competitors dont use google shopping.
New possibilities emerge the more we learn of what Reprice could help us with. Very happy with the communication which has been key in our partnership.
Our biggest issue is not an issue with reprice, but instead its a general problem of mathcing products with competitors.
