I had a great experience when reaching out for assistance on anything I'm having difficulties with, and the response is quick. The support team is always friendly and ready to help.
Cannot have more than one window open at a time without overwriting data and wreaking havoc. Horrible support - no one knows anything about what we are talking about when we have an issue.

The reporting functions are either missing or not intuitive.

When an entry rejects and we receive error codes, they are not very helpful as I am not literate in the CrimsonLogic system codes.

Customer service online is HORRIBLE. It takes forever to get a resolution when chatting.
The best to me is the support. The system has lots of functions, but you have a team to support you at OpsCentral to ensure it is being used the right way to achieve what you are trying to achieve.
The only problem is it feels very isolated from our other systems.
Over the last 3 years, I have watched us as a team grow our skills and confidence and deliver a really great product to the team we serve. Op Central has been critical in this journey.
I don't like how if something is deleted the support team charged you thousands of dollars to recover.

No public API/limited intergrations with external software and limited documentation on the Op Central website.
