Absolutely hated it I am so angry about them trying to steal my money especially as its just before Christmas Obviously a deliberate automated process.

I love that I can create and test ads for my campaigns in only a few minutes. The AI tool is great for creating ads that will convert and this is an affordable tool that all businesses need to use.

But I have also experienced that in some attempts have failed because the API is not responding, leaving me hanging and unable to generate anything because it is lagging or loading forever.

As of one month later, we still have not received the refund, and when we contacted them, they just said, "It's in the queue. Poor customer service and highly unethical.

Adcreative.ai has been a pleasant and already financially profitable experience, which is unusual for me with.ai-based solutions.

Forgot completely about it because it was a free trial. Figured worse case scenario there would be a $21 charge to my card and I would then remember to cancel and be out $21 no big deal right.
