Uncat vs EngineRoom: Which is a better fit?

Every step has been a great experience. The demo was helpful, the setup was easy, and we have had great feedback from our clients so far.

The only negative is that we have to pay per customer. It makes it difficult to afford using it for multiple clients.

This is a great product to communicate with clients regarding outstanding transactions.

Additionally, I've had to manually add a new account to the "Exclude account" list in the client settings, to get it to appear in the drop down menu when classifying transctions.

Desired features - detects receipts and note from the client Ease of us - good to use, asks permission Integration - amazing integration.

I am yet to find a feature on Uncat that I dislike.

The greatest benefit to Uncat is that it has saved me time as far as waiting for my clients to respond to my requests during the month end review.

My client is on the go all the time and hates working on her computer.

I like three things about EngineRoom compared to other packages. First, it's a comprehensive set of process improvement tools all seamlessly integrated into one package.

Due to the nature of statistical analysis, if you don't have a little bit of training in that field, you will be confused and feel lost as you go through some of the functions.

For new and experienced users, EngineRoom is just better from a cost, feature, ease of use, quality of output standpoint.

Exposed to the ENGINE ROOM during Yellow Belt training. Never did figure out how to use it.

Cost point, ease of use, adoption, and output analysis make it a perfect fit for anyone looking for a software package. Not only the tool but the support team is exceptional.

A little difficult at the initial use for students. But they learn it quickly.

The regular improvements and updates made to the software are also impressive. I like not having to download new versions all the time.

I am not sure what this really means. As long as I get the result, I am looking for there really isn't a reason to create a hierarchy of likes and dislikes.
