It's been a delightful experience so far and I see a lot of improvement from last year that I started using the tool, so I hope they will continue improving the service overall.
The main disadvantage is that the whole process of summarizing a video by selecting its highlights or the parts relevant to you is manual.
Spoke is fantastic and has opened up the scope of repurposing with so much ease... as well as captioning my videos, making them more accessible to people.
The editor could use a few new features. For instance, when editing, I routinely highlight/select an erroneous word in order to delete it once I start typing the correction.
It is a great product and helps with the efficiency of my business & how I can connect with people.
Pricing is a little too high, especially with a lack of discounts for students etc.
I really like the AI generated summary after each meeting as this helps all participants remember the most important parts.
This isn't a big deal, but it gets annoying when once a month or so I find that it's not updating all of my meetings in my calendar.
It efficiently automates this task, leading to notable benefits such as time savings, cost reductions, and enhanced physician focus on patient care.
At this time I do not have anything that I dislike about DeepCura.
Certainly very helpful in generating comprehensive HPI on which I used to spent a lot of time and also generating very good Plan which can also be used for patient instructions.
The only disadvantage I can see is possibly having to create a document for patients to sign, allowing them to be recorded prior to every visit.
This feels as though it ultimately increases quality of clinical care. I appreciate that documentation can be sent easily to patients or exported to necessary providers.
At this time I am not able to identify anything I dislike about Deepcura AI.
Easy to work with and new features getting added at a good pace. They have their HIPAA trust report to give us their confidence.
The providers are relying on accurate and complete documentation, and the AI system is not gaurenteed to make errors in translation.
Dave: Hi, my name is Dave and I'm a director of a design agency. And today I'll be reviewing Spoke, which I give five out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click on the link below. Before using Spoke, I was using really a variety of just sort of manual tools like writing on paper, just trying to put down notes on documents. If it was on the computer, it was just sort of random documents and folders. So it is very hard to keep track of meeting notes with people, not to mention being able to go back and reflect and review those notes. What I love about Spoke is that it automatically records and transcribes all of the meetings that I joined. This is great because I no longer have to try to have to kind copy down notes when I'm in a meeting. I can focus on who's talking and then later go back, check the transcriptions and review my notes, add in additional context. And if that wasn't enough, Spoke makes it super easy to share clips of the meetings, both video and the transcriptions. And I can even highlight with different colors different parts of the video and transcripts that I can then make it actionable items or I can gather different insights from it. So it just really makes it easy to create a summary of a meeting and then share that information with other people. I'm also really excited about the new summarization feature that they're going to be launching soon and the connections to notion, which will just really help streamline my note taking process. So I really love this tool. It has become one of my favorite tools. It's really great. Getting started with Spoke is very easy. Pretty much setup account, and you're good to go. I mean, you can just plug in your Zoom meeting or your calendar and it will auto join. And so just makes that whole process super easy at getting started. Anyone that's interested in Spoke, I would recommend the free plan. It's a great way to get started with it. And it's going to give you access to most of the features so you can test it out, use it in a meeting and see if it's useful for you. But I think most people really like it. If you're really looking for a way to speed up your note taking process, it's a great tool.
