HaulTech Transport Management Software vs DAT Load Board: Which is a better fit?

From initial discussions through to implementing the system, the communication and training was fantastic, no call waiting times looking for support, fantastic remote back up.

Having come away from Sterling software the difference between the two resulted in a very steep and frustrating learning curve. The system is too precarious and 'goes down' far too regularly.

Customer support back up is excellent. Sensitive content hidden] in particular is ALWAYS very calm and helpful and is able to resolve 90% of the issues we come across.

Would have preferred us to have access to the system via the web, rather than having to log in through a VPN, but other than that, no real cons from a transport team perspective.

The support from Haultech has been excellent and they've gone out of their way to ensure we are fully comfortable with the new system before allowing us to 'go solo.

Was initially hard to teach the drivers to use the app.

The software is really easy to use and to navigate around. The simplicity of this Platform is great and allows me to spend my time focusing on other areas of the business.

I love the ability to base my pricing on the market average. See analytics and leverage that knowledge to be more competitive in the market place.

Pickup , delivery times and price should be mandatory for the shippers.I am wasting time calling to find out that the load pickup is at 6:00 am and my previous load delivers at 10:00.

So my overall experience with DAT has been great so far real time loads easy quick and efficient tools to use it’s just been a great product and asset for my company.

Maintainence times are inconvenient to my work day.

The best feature is 15 dat rate average. From this we can see what the market has been and where we can position ourselves in order to stay competitive in the market.

Commodity and how it is packaged(pallets etc.) Docks at pu & del location etc. We waste alot of time calling on loads because of limited info posted.

I love being able to see what the market is currently at. It makes it very competitive.

Have to pay for every single person in the office to use it on your company account.
