Every GUI for every module forces you to follow the developer's narrow methodology which frankly exposes their inexperience and poor understanding of construction management.

The portion that I find that I struggle with the most is the scheduling for work orders and I really have. Not used it much for that reason.
I also like the reporting capabilities that Jonas offers. I also think that the customer support is outstanding.
I had struggled to figure out the problem and when I contacted Jonas for support they already knew of the problem. Had Jonas contacted their members it could have alleviated some headaches.
We called her constantly for small issues and always got a great response and solution. The support over the years has been excellent with quick responses and fixes.
When Jonas is forced to go big, it fails spectacularly. Financial reporting is and general overview is so fuzzy and diluted it's almost useless.
There are also some very good items like the hand held devices and customer information feed back loops, customer scheduling and a very good dispatch board.
I hate getting the answer of we will fix it but can't explain why it happened.
We are now entering our seventh year with this solution, and I'm happy to say we appreciate the support and professionalism we receive from Jonas Software representatives.
I find it difficult to maneuver and create the reports that I need.
