I also like the reporting capabilities that Jonas offers. I also think that the customer support is outstanding.
I had struggled to figure out the problem and when I contacted Jonas for support they already knew of the problem. Had Jonas contacted their members it could have alleviated some headaches.
We called her constantly for small issues and always got a great response and solution. The support over the years has been excellent with quick responses and fixes.
When Jonas is forced to go big, it fails spectacularly. Financial reporting is and general overview is so fuzzy and diluted it's almost useless.
There are also some very good items like the hand held devices and customer information feed back loops, customer scheduling and a very good dispatch board.
I hate getting the answer of we will fix it but can't explain why it happened.

I find it difficult to maneuver and create the reports that I need.
The financial dashboards give a good clear insight into how the spending on a project is going and in doing so helps to manage budgets and maximise profit.
Our Finance department loathes the system due the incredibly poor integration with Xero and inaccuracies the system causes.
We like how easy it is to use and tracks all of our projects in one place. It is a brilliant software to visually see where you are on every job in a snapshot.
It is the system of record for everything. I've worked at an organization before that didn't use it and life was miserable.
My overall experience has been very good, great support and Archdesk are always making improvements and listen to customer feedback.
It doesn't store the data you have to download it from Archdesk which causes problems when you are remote on a building site.
There is also a great program and scheduling section that again works nicely with the whole system. Relatively simple to use and the support system is great.
Of more concern is that the system fails in basic auditing and compliance. Staff were able to delete documents and evidence from the system without the Compliance Director being informed.
