Pledge It vs GRANTSEEKER: Which is a better fit?

So far, we've had a great experience with PledgeIt. Not only the system is super easy to use but the team and customer service is great.

The inability to register more than one race participant under one email address.

Most importantly, Pledge It has no fees which makes it even more valuable for nonprofit organizations. On a personal level, working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was truly wonderful and fun.

Having not used it for event registration, I am not sure what may be missing. I thought the fundraising piece was easy to use.

Overall, we are thrilled with Pledge It. The best part about the software is they have continued to develop a user friendly platform that has grown with the needs of their customers.

There were no real "cons" just some minor challenges we needed to overcome with unique solutions and workarounds.

It's fun and exciting for the donor to be involved in this way(as long as you provide a good estimate for the performance the results do not drastically outperform the estimate).

Using an email for every registration, not ideal.

This is a great free tool that can help a small organization better track grants process.

IT DOES NOT WORK FOR OUR NEEDS. So now that the organization has spent thousands of dollars on this crap, there is not going back and we have to suck it up and force it to work.

Fluxx Grantseeker is great because it does everything you could need it to: You can prospect, track your progress and deadlines, and even apply for many grants.

I think this was likely due moreso to the grant side of things, though, so it's hard to consider that a negative on the software.

In other words it is user friendly. Plus the customer services is great, I have had good experience when I called for assistance.

Unsure as I haven't explored it much and am new to the software.

This software has great export and import capability - something I really appreciate. I also like the dashboard and ease of entering new funders - it doesn't take long to enter in a new proposal.

The data import and export features were hard for me to figure out, and even once I did, it was not hassle free. I got a lot of duplication of records during imports.
