It's very easy to use and robust in features. Everyone at Reserve is a pleasure to work with and they know catering and events better than anyone else.
Some of the pages just have too much information on them and you need to be able to collapse sections. Some of the pages do not carry over mandatory data.

Inability to customize your BEO's and other documents, they are autogenerated.
I love how easy it is to generate BEOs automatically for both clients and staff, saving me so much time. The online payment system is secure and seamless, making deposit collection a breeze.
In the mobile version, I cannot sort the events as I do in the desktop version. Also, sometimes response to leads might go in spam.
