The worst part is the query management and data modification due to the strict formal rules to comply for data update/modification.

Management difficulties (sometimes you can feel you might lost the control).
The software is user friendly with pleasant and customizable design.
The lack of quality certificates. Last time that this was requested, they only had auditories reports.
I like the ease of use, very intuative, similar to Google Drive layout. I like that there is a robust audit trial for every action taken on the platform.
Filters can stick on long windows therefore the system can crash when searching how many appointments within a set window. If using on your mobile, the appointments can be moved too easily in error.
I love the ability to see all appointments that are booked, colour coded by study for ease and speed.
The Log in is a bit annoying, have to log in multiple times throughout the day.
Easy of booking appointments and making communication possible across the team. Great team, always approachable and keen to help.
I have not ran into anything I don't like about AQ.
Sending texts and emails in bulk to participants is fantastic as this has allowed us to invite participants to be studies and ensures that we fill spaces fast.
