ZoomInfo Operations vs Google Cloud: Which is a better fit?

Experience has been positive since the support and availability for training/problem solving is very good.

It took several painful months to learn that neither the services dept, nor the tool could actually do what we needed. The experience was so bad, we were credited a free year with the service.

The robustness of matching criteria configuration as well as logic to determine which fields on records to be merged "win" once the merge is complete is excellent.

One must really drill down to find it and to understand how to stop being billed for services not needed. There needs to be more prompts to inform the user what they will be charged for.

Good Documentation: when it comes to documentation Google Cloud Platform really did a nice job there, every of their products and services has a good documentation for exploring.
