Integration with my credit card account is a snap and the ability to move that right into a report is amazing. I really love the mobile application as well.
With the systems not talking to each other or some other error. Then the TriNet customer service folks are a bit clueless, and it takes weeks for the problems to be resolved.
Overall, this is a fantastic application. I set it up completely for my small business in about 30 minutes and the integration with Quickbooks is fantastic.
The website and app seemed a little clunky and tough to navigate. I think that because there were other programs under trinet made things a little confusing when trying to google the website/login.
The ease of use, the sync'ng capabilities, and the upload features were some of the best. Also, it was very cost effective.
You have to upload receipts one at a time. This is annoying and takes forever.
The new TriNet Expense app has been wonderful. Its saved me a lot of time and is very easy to navigate.
However, at least once every couple of months, there's a problem that arises with one of these features.
The app version is good and maintains good functionality. The layout of the system is user friendly.
The only drawback so far has been the unreliability of the app. It sometimes crashes and a few employees within the company have reported that the receipts they uploaded on the app have been lost.
Excellent customer service, simple to use, and we have a number of approval sets ups and cost centers that are pretty complex. The team did an excellent job of assisting with the setup.
FYI - after I experienced your tool and formed my opinion, I asked around a couple of nearby users what they thought. They find the tool awful too.
Excellent - highly recommend for frequent users. Very efficient process, excellent interfaces and integration with other tools like outlook and organisational finance team.
Need to flick around screens too much. Attachment steps are awful, clunky, unnecessarily complex.
Brilliant reporting software, very friendly and helpful staff, allows us as a company to run successful reports from the system to help us with month end tasks, budgeting tasks, forecasting tasks etc.
I think the main view of the individual claims is a little confusing as lots of information all at once on one screen.
