TriNet Expense can be used by individuals and companies of all sizes.
Zoho Expense has vastly improved Ripple Street expenses management and submission. Very pleased with the software and glad our company decided to go with it.
This was bad timing for the rollout of a redesigned website. The default information on the dashboard is annoying and you can't customize it.
It's a very flexible platform allowing for a good deal of customization. The ability to import pictures and have expenses auto-populate is great.
There has been nothing so far that I dislike about the software.
I'm very appreciative of the free trial because I was even able to sample how good Zoho's customer support is. I can now confirm it is NOT too good to be true; it's the real deal.
Nothing from my perspective and use of Zoho Expense that seem to be missing. Provides everything I need.
I have been impressed by how quickly I could start using it across my organization - and everybody finds it a great help in keeping expenses organized.
There is a steep learning curve and the concept of reports is a bit unclear for junior staff. Occasionally the app stops working.
Integration with my credit card account is a snap and the ability to move that right into a report is amazing. I really love the mobile application as well.
With the systems not talking to each other or some other error. Then the TriNet customer service folks are a bit clueless, and it takes weeks for the problems to be resolved.
Overall, this is a fantastic application. I set it up completely for my small business in about 30 minutes and the integration with Quickbooks is fantastic.
The website and app seemed a little clunky and tough to navigate. I think that because there were other programs under trinet made things a little confusing when trying to google the website/login.
The ease of use, the sync'ng capabilities, and the upload features were some of the best. Also, it was very cost effective.
You have to upload receipts one at a time. This is annoying and takes forever.
The new TriNet Expense app has been wonderful. Its saved me a lot of time and is very easy to navigate.
However, at least once every couple of months, there's a problem that arises with one of these features.
Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Puran. I'm a co-founder I give Zoho expense five out of five, to find more reviews click below. I was using [inaudible 00:00:15] accounting software before coming to the Zoho books. And when I come to the Zoho books, I eventually got to know about Zoho expense also. So regarding the expense management, I was not using any particular tools. The main reason behind using Zoho expense was the Zoho books, which is our accounting software I was using from the Zoho. And when I was looking for Zoho expense management software for my team, I find Zoho expense, which is already integrated with the Zoho books. And it is very easy to use it. They provide a mobile application, which is how less techno savvy people can also use this application. These were the main few reasons why I went chose Zoho expense software. Starting with Zoho expense was pretty easy. One of their executive, once I signed up for the Zoho expense software, I got an email to schedule a call with one of the executive. And although I have not scheduled a call, because I was know about basic features of the Zoho expense, and I believe more in doing it yourself and learning it yourself. So I did things on the Zoho expense by myself and I learn myself, there was always support from the Zoho team who were always ready to, once you sign up, you can set up a call with them in just one or two days. So I strongly recommend as a whole expense software for the team, especially if you have a team where your team is working in the field, especially if it's remotely working where you can't get the physical documentation of their expenses there. And if you have sales representatives who are visiting different locations of your client they also need to claim the fuel mileage data, all the features are available in the expense. So in my case, I find it really useful software. And there are, of course the integration was one of the main useful tools that make things very easy. Whenever my team, whenever we hire someone in the sales team, first thing I do is the Soho expense explanation. And it's very, pretty easy to understand for them. Also, they simply need to install a mobile application in their phone, and then they can put the mileage or fuel expenses and whatever expenses they are making in the field.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
