I have been very impressed with Trinet and their support. I like the new cascading goals product that makes it easier to tie my goals into the company goals and group success.
We had so many complaints from our employees about not being to understand how to fill out their reviews that we had to go through the extra labor of creating a user manual for them.
Overall the system is great. What I would like to see is the ability to add Jpeg or PDF's to reviews.
We went through every possible worst case scenario with this product. First of all, its not intuitive or easy to use.
It also allows for 360 reviews which is a huge plus. The software is really nice and high quality.

Currently Trinet does not allow you to upload supporting documents onto a feedback/review. Also formatting the review is horrible.
Their client care is excellent; incredible after deals care and they can frequently deal with things like minor customizations on their end in the event that you request it.
Missing a lot of basic features such as saving a draft (I can't tell you how many reviews I've lost due to accidentally closing a tab, submission errors, etc.).
This program is very useful and it is very manageable and contains a good price. The system is very easy to understand and navigate.

It was a little difficult to set up the annual reviews for each person of the organization. I also had a little bit of difficulty printing out each individuals review.

Victoria M.: My name is Victoria. I'm a strategic partner. We deployed Spidergap with an organization of around 250 employees, and I would give Spidergap five out of five stars. Prior to Spidergap, we had a manual process for evaluating 360s with employees. It was a really laborious exercise because we had to program most of the surveys and templates ourselves. We chose Spidergap because, first, it's multilingual and is customizable. Being a client in Canada, it was really important for us to ensure that we had a tool that would support our French employees. The price per user was very reasonable and the structure of the pricing made a lot of sense for us because we could scale the pricing depending on the number of actual users who were going to be deployed. The support that was offered was exemplary, and, frankly, it was one of the reasons we chose the tool itself. It was very personal, lots and lots of [inaudible 00:01:10] requests that were met immediately. And, of course, Spidergap, it's all they do. It was important for us to find a tool that wasn't just a slice of a larger process of software, but it was, it's all they do, and so that made it very easy for us to work with them. And the clincher was that the report that is produced at the end was very easy to digest, and we just loved that, because it was simple but that didn't mean it was less valuable. It was just easy to interpret and it was very easy to read through and to see all the different highlights without having too many charts and graphs that tend to over complicate things. The learning curve to get started with Spidergap was actually really low. Because there is such an amazing support network and online tutorials as well, it was very simple to get everything loaded into the tool and to get it fully customized. And, again, because we were working with two languages, we had to find all the different areas of customization. So it wasn't just necessarily the questions, but also the templates used to email out to the employees. And we found that just really easy to find, easy to navigate, and all the source tags and things that were included were very helpful for someone who, I have got a fairly good degree of technological awareness, but it was just very simple to use. So I feel like the learning curve is very low. If you're considering Spidergap, the first thing I would say is that the pricing model really makes sense. It is absolutely priced per user. You don't to purchase a large, robust software program if you're only looking for the 360. Again, it's all they do. And so it's very specialized and I think they priced it really well in the marketplace. The second thing is that it is fully customizable, and so if you are a organization that is multilingual, maybe you are Spanish and English, or you're English and French, like in our situation, you are going to love the ability to be able to bring in that second language in a really seamless way. But the reason why I think you should purchase this software over all the others, and I did quite a bit of research of other models, is that your users are really going to love and appreciate the reporting structure. Again, it is simple to understand. It is graphically laid out. It is very useful and the question bank that's provided is very robust. So it's all of those things combined are why I would highly recommend this product to any user who is looking for 360 programs.
