MediClaims vs Inovalon Provider Cloud: Which is a better fit?

Reporting is robust in MediClaims, Benefit Design can be detailed and unique, MediClaims is being upgraded quarterly and we appreciate the response when a request is suggested.

Takes long to get updates in place. We have job fails at our warehouse at least once a week.

The software is easy to use. The company has a commitment to their clients to always listen to their client's needs and great customer service.

Most issues cause us to have to force pay claims and deal with grumbling members who are waiting on their checks.

Visibly easy on the eyes, does have some good improvements in the time that i have been here, less than a year.

Turn around in customer service members. Alot of delay in responses.

Very satisfied with the overall customer service. Love working with the people at WLT.

Voiding procedures are not up to date nor easily done.

Ability is a very reliable software that use to submit/receive claims to Medicare and private insurance. They have excellent customer service that is fast and very helpful.

The other unfavorable reviews here are right on target. This company is as bad as they come.

The free version of PC ACE, downloaded and supported for free from Medicare, is an excellent medical billing program. It has many advantages over paper claims.
