The customer support team is wonderful, fast, friendly, and extremely efficient and competent. I loved it when I started using it, and they just keep making it better.
Example of user error: We recently sent out a text that went to the wrong this. This was in large part due to miscommunication.
I like that I can text hundreds of students using my laptop rather than my phone. Students are more receptive to texts than to email so I love that I can use a more reliable form of communication.
There are several aspects to this program I found to be very frustrating.
The quick message is the best part of this - and I appreciate that you all are focusing on updating it often to make it so easy to use.
I also find the fact that I have to work with Word Documents back and forth odd (feels cheap)- I would think there could/should be some sort of form submission with required fields to set up a text.
Signal Vine is easy to interact with, learner friendly and best communication software.
I have over 30,000 students in the program and to search one student takes way too much time because their search tool is absolutely broken.
My overall experience has been fantastic. Implementing this platform has improved our efficiency and ability to maintain confidentiality.
The biggest issue was that the software was extremely difficult to use and understand. Many users found themselves overwhelmed and frustrated by the multitude of features and options.
We have had a great experience with CORE ELMS. They are a great company to work with as a vendor and they have been very responsive to our needs.
Each element (ELMS, CompMS, Readiness, etc.) seems to be disjointed from each other.
It has been great, they listen, they are responsive, and it shows based on their growth in the pharmacy academy. We were 1 of 3 of the 7 schools in Ohio that were using CORE.
Sometimes hard to customize or navigate and find things. Can't change rotations without an addition and deletion process.
The support staff is extremely helpful and responsive to any question. This is most appreciated when I am in the midst of trying to perform a task and need an immediate response.
