Impact on Investment: The delay and lack of support are causing me to lose both time and my investment. This is unacceptable and has severely impacted my trust in your services.
I love the rewards that are included with it. The rewards also increase along with how much of their coin(CRO) that you stake.
This is highly concerning and unacceptable. Ineffective Communication: The support I have received has been disjointed, with attempts to break the communication thread.
They also have a user friendly interface and their charts are quite good as well, hoping for advanced charts spoon.
Which can be a hastle as the fee is floating and not a fixed price. It's difficult to get exactly that 30 dollars without having to change the price a few times and that is highly annoying.
On-ramp and off-ramp are pretty useful. Their crypto card is probably the most interesting service they provide to users, with cashback, staking and rebates.
The people working in crypto.com is what I disliked the most.
What i love most about Bitsgap is how it provides awesome tools and features for cryptocurrency trading which includes signals, arbitrage, trading bots and much more.
However, after everything is set up and running, the bots completely fail you. It failed to buy when it was supposed to.
It is one of the best crypto exchanges I have ever used the best part of this product is its ui and ux it's so fresh and vibrant.
They have the most unfair refund policy. They will not refund you if you are no longer interested in using their service.
My overall experience about Bitsgap is initiative for traders and useful for trade. I visualise every point which is useful for traders and it’s featured are fabulous.
Some features are a little bit difficult to understand.

Bitsgap keeps getting new features added thus I lack anything to complain.
