Solos and Small size Law Firms
For me, the billing and reporting functions are great. Customer support is accessible, knowledgeable and a big help.
The difficult part is that some of our cases are billed electronically through a third party website. Learning how to do that was difficult.
Maintenance is awesome and worth every penny. Flexibility in use with other programs is absolutely flawless.
There were issues of crashing reported however they were spread out across a year's usage. There were concerns about the recovery of documents or data after accidental deletion.
I am really happy with Tabs3 & Practice Master. Having used it for 7 years, I have, and am I am happy to continue to recommend it it other firms.
I think overall Tabs3 is a difficult to use. In a small firm without an expert administrator to set up the clients, bills and retainer accounts, it is overly taxing to manage this software.
He was very patient, knowledgeable and I really appreciated his resolving all the errors that closed down our TABS and PM programs. I wish to send KUDOS to [SENSITIVE CONTENT.

I most love the free cpd workshops! so convenient and a huge get for the monthly price point, so helpful. I also like the lso compliance keeping, definitely helping with my start up.
Basic functions such as invoice corrections are unavailable a so any mistakes that are made CANNOT be corrected.
I have also made great use of the incredible customer service that makes you feel like you are their most important client.
If you make a accounting error it is hard to rectify it if you don't understand how the software works or accounting principles.
Great product for what you pay for. Technical support is always very friendly and help is immediate.
If you prepare multiple invoices, it's difficult to track what your client has already paid and owes. This has resulted in some trust accounting errors.
It helps with the day to day practice. I also reapply appreciate the quick email support which is great.
Sometimes it takes a lot to load the page, and some features are confusing.
