Our client intake and case management software is focused on the needs of plaintiffs' firms including personal injury, workers' comp, mass torts, Social Security, and other plaintiffs' practices.
For me, the billing and reporting functions are great. Customer support is accessible, knowledgeable and a big help.
The difficult part is that some of our cases are billed electronically through a third party website. Learning how to do that was difficult.
Maintenance is awesome and worth every penny. Flexibility in use with other programs is absolutely flawless.
There were issues of crashing reported however they were spread out across a year's usage. There were concerns about the recovery of documents or data after accidental deletion.

I think overall Tabs3 is a difficult to use. In a small firm without an expert administrator to set up the clients, bills and retainer accounts, it is overly taxing to manage this software.

What I have seen the staff get frustrated with is the way the documents are set up. They like to be able to see all the docs together and sort them into folders for case preparation.
