TrialWorks vs Docketwise: Which is a better fit?

Customer service has been fabulous. Particularly our rep who has been so prompt and extraordinarily helpful to me when issues have arisen.

It’s next to impossible to get on their schedule, and the customer support is the worst.

One of the best Case Management systems, easy to use, if you like access databases and their customer service person is very helpful. Glad to have purchased it.

Our firm has purchased TrialWorks for local installation. Communication with the Trial Works staff has been terrible.

The common request from each was to implement a program which provided reliability, as well as ease of use. Our investment in the hosted solution has thrilled our clients and made my job easier.

For an attorney doing trial work or on the road this is a disaster waiting to happen. Their web hosting structure is apparently fragile, and we've had multiple interruptions.

The integrations between tabs to pre-populate information and cross-reference are very strong. The ability to work with documents, calendars, notes, emails, costs, etc. is very impressive.

The invoices were hard to view and understand, especially when going back to prior months.

The ability to have somebody there to help me along the way and so easy to reach is the best feature. Clients are happy and the staff is very happy.

When something is missed in the profile, you can't fix it on the form but have to find it in the profile to enter in the information which can take time.

I enjoy the ease of use and have had the pleasure of talking with customer service when I have questions as they are very responsive (a chat feature might be handy).

Also, some questions are phrased in a confusing way. They're working on both these things however.

I like that the information integrates with Clio and saves us time entering information. The website is user friendly and the customer service is fantastic.

There is no need to retype the same facts over and over again into different forms for the same client. I also know that I'm using the most recent form that USCIS requires.

Clients (and my staff) love how "user friendly" this software is. Definitely a great value for the money.

I don't always know how to navigate back to other forms. I am not sure whether I am using the form editing software properly.
