Prevail Case Management System vs CaseFleet: Which is a better fit?

I like that it is easy to use and pretty user friendly. I like that there are not as many options for personalization as Prevail 6.

It's very difficult to find a flaw in this product.

The software is very user friendly and has a lot of important features useful to a legal file. Love the Reports and drafting new templates in the Document Designer is a great tool as well.

This causes a reduction in the speed of searches and can also result in errors if you select a duplicate contact that is old and outdated.

What makes this program even better is the knowledge of Prevail's staff. They have outstanding customer service skills.

If these are added I missed it. I find Process Builder to be overly complicated and cumbersome to use.

Prevail is very user friendly and the Customer Support is by far the best I have ever worked with. Highly recommend this product and staff.

Everything is so manual, there is no automation to the system.

I love the ability to manage multiple cases and create chronologies from unlimited documents. I love that you don't have to go through a salesperson or onboarding session.

While testing out this product, I made an error and lost some important data.

This software is easy to use, with great feautures and excellent support (including implementation of feature requests).

So it was difficult to see in the graphical representation until the complete time period had been inputted.

This software is easy to maneuver and has the best support staff to help if you have any questions.

Tagging is easy, but after that it is very frustrating. When I review facts based on the issue tags it seems there is no way to access the facts via the reviewer.
