Soo T
Meetings Manager
5.0

Soo T.: Hi everyone. My name is Soo. I work for the Texas Propane and Gas Association. I'm the Managing Director for the Propane Services Corporation, and I would give Cvent Management a five. We chose to go with Cvent Management as we found it was the most comprehensive system. We did look at other systems like Splash, but we found that we didn't like the fact that we couldn't control our own images. There were certain aspects that they had to control. We had to go through them. So we really appreciated the fact that Cvent allowed us to customize the things that we needed to right then and there as opposed to going through another source and another source. We chose to use Cvent ultimately because of all the different facets. We liked the fact that you can manage your own merchant account. We liked the fact that you can have a website. The speaker function and the exhibitor resource panel was something that was really intriguing to us. We like the aspects that you can do passkey, as well as just organizing everything in one comprehensive cloud-based software. So for us, that was the biggest straw behind using Cvent. In the beginning, getting set up with Cvent was a little confusing. We weren't that tech friendly, but we found that Cvent support is phenomenal. It was really great and reassuring to know that we could give them a call at any hour of the time period, and they would help us out from A to B all the way to the very end and ensured that our event was launched successfully. There were no problems, and we found that, that's really one of the highest values of using Cvent. I would recommend using Cvent for any other company that is trying to get rid of different assets or aspects like Qualtrics. Cvent has a built-in survey system within it, reporting feature. For us at the state entity, we find that having Cvent really works well for our stakeholders, our director development, they really like to look at the big bird's eye view. So I would recommend if there's anyone who is stuck between different softwares that you consider using Cvent, because we have found that it makes our events significantly better and people engage and they really love the different aspects that our new websites have to offer.

Mai M
Managing Director
5.0

Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Mai and I am the managing director at BG Catering Concepts in Boston, Massachusetts. My company is small. We're a boutique firm. We employ about 20 people full-time, and on the scale of one to five, I give Tripleseat a resounding five. Prior to Tripleseat, we were using a platform called Caterease, and ultimately in about 2021, we came to a crossroads and felt that Caterease was holding us back. The platform was a bit antiquated, and as we were scaling up, we found that it was limiting. So in our search for a new platform, Tripleseat was presented to us and it quickly became the unanimous winner. We onboarded immediately and had been using the platform for two years with great success. The reason we selected Tripleseat out of a variety of platforms to use was the host of services it provides in one platform. We're able to create our BEOs, our invoices, our contracts, and send those to our clients in one link, making it incredibly user-friendly for our clients, which is of the utmost importance. We want all of our interactions with our clients to be incredibly seamless, and the first touch is that proposal process, the contract, the agreement, the invoice, and we're able to do all of that in one platform. That is one of the biggest assets that I find Tripleseat provides, and we receive great glowing praise from clients on how user-friendly the platform is. And for some of us creatives who aren't the most tech-savvy, this platform covers us and allows us to do what we do best in the creative space and simultaneously create a seamless experience for our clients. Admittedly, I am a creative in the creative space, and so I am not the most tech-savvy, so I was a little trepidatious about switching to a new platform. Fortunately, Tripleseat accounts for that, and we were assigned an account manager who onboarded us, and I am delighted and pleased to announce that I found the onboarding incredibly easy and that speaks volumes because again, I am not the most tech-savvy on the planet and I am now a power user. I think that Tripleseat has become second nature. It's become secondhand to me. It allows me to simultaneously work on many projects at once. So the transition, which oftentimes is very daunting when you're switching platforms, this was the most seamless transition I've had in my entire career. If you are considering Tripleseat, I think one of the most beneficial features you can utilize immediately, even in the selecting process is interfacing with one of their account reps. Their customer service is bar none the best I've experienced. It's incredibly hands-on. It's not a chatbot, it's not an anonymous service. You're linked to an account manager who will hop on the phone, hop on a Zoom with you, share his or her screen, and help you immediately navigate any problems. So I think that's an underutilized feature that you can really take advantage of. It's not an additional cost, it's not an additional add-on feature. It comes with the platform and it comes even while you're making that decision. So I would highly encourage anyone considering the transition to Tripleseat to immediately engage and interact with their account manager because they will be the ones that will help you determine whether this is the best platform for your company. That was a big reason why we ended up selecting the platform. Our account manager, our account rep was incredibly helpful and we have stayed with her throughout our experience with Tripleseat and she will continue to be our account rep. So she knows the nuances, she knows the idiosyncrasies of our company and is able to seamlessly navigate and troubleshoot as we go.
