Orchard Software vs Freezerworks: Which is a better fit?

The best part of the software for me would be the ease of writing rules to enable you to configure the software to fit your needs.

Not being able to customize our own reports is a little frustrating. I wasn't the administrator who set this up at this laboratory and now I'm stuck with his design unless we pay more.
