This is a powerful software that delivers on its promise of making your workflow paperless. It's constantly improving and I can't wait to see more seamless integrations with third-party software.
Pages don't turn easily and it is not working with android devices.
I like the ability to "pinch" between pages and view figures and the corresponding text at the same time. I also like the function of dragging out and linking the notes on the side.
No auto export highlights or notes to other app. Highlights order from PDF files sometimes mess up.
Every plan have their own features according to their price but you will find that all the usefull features are available in the basic plan which is the best thing that I like about this app.
Navigating every document could be cumbersome and could lead to loss of chain of thought.
Very easy to use; excellent features which allow useful visualisations.
I don't like that in addition for having paid an upfront fee to purchase the product, now I need to pay a subscription fee to have access to all features.
I really appreciate the little touches, like customized numbering, that help me make the checklist that I'm most comfortable with.
The function I dislike the most is the "mark as final" requirement.
I particularly the enjoyed the user friendliness of Closing Folders and the capacity of the program to generate useful legal documentation whether that be signature page packages or closing books.
My only complaint is that I didn't use Closing Folders earlier.
The new features they can continue to add such as the automated variables and sync ability to iManage, DocuSign and OneSpan have greatly improved an already great product.
I also ran into an issue last year where my documents and the signature pages did not match due to a font error.
I really enjoy the fact that there is always a person ready to respond quickly to any question or request for a rush. The support staff I have dealt with have always been responsive and courteous.
I always mention using closing folders to other co-workers if they come to me with something that they are struggling with doing manually.
