I love the ease of use with the entire system, it is very user friendly and any time i have needed help Customer Service has been top notch every single time.
Also, the Daxko Ops interface with our web site is downright awful for users trying to log in or conduct searches - although they are working on that.
Overall this software does a great job with our Operations, Billing, and Fundraising. What I really love is how it imports directly into our Daxko Accounting software.
Their contracts are very rigid for the non-profit sector and they do not integrate well with other services. We have been told their back-end API is a mess.
Love that Daxko is always willing to improve to meet our needs. The community site is very helpful.

Daxko Operations is very easy to use. The help feature is great when you do not know how to do things.
It took a long time to figure out where each report was hidden and still have trouble locating certain things on the web page.
Beautiful interface and many integration options. Very effective for managing subscriptions and great for marketing purposes.
I have experienced more frustration with the use and installation of simple pieces of software for graphics or office programs than I have had with the implementation of the entire Membee software.
The ease it is to integrate into any website, and the on-boarding and support staff are great. SENSITIVE CONTENT] is great, and very helpful in making sure you are up and running.
Membee is not mobile-friendly, which is a real pain.

We've had a few issues with Members (including myself) not being able to login due to "blocked cookies" even though our settings have not been set to block the website.
Great features and reasonably priced. We love that our clients can sign up right from our website and that their is a single sign on feature.
It's just a bit of a pain to get done. Sorry, but I can't recommend this software at this time.
