BD does spam you quite a lot with their advertisements if you have not bought every addon. This can be somewhat frustrating but not a game stopper.

This could confuse you because you can never be sure what files to access and which ones to avoid after several such alerts.

Removing Webroot was more than a struggle on a number of computers.

We moved froom Avira to Webroot, we sell it as MSP solution and it works very very good. Since we use Webroot we didn't have big problems anymore on our customers.
