Qualifacts CareLogic vs Sessions Health: Which is a better fit?

It has been really good for clinicians to track performance of clients and great for all levels of care to include Residential, Detox and Methadone.

I also am unable to switch between regions within a document, so if I forget to change the region within carelogic, I have to redo work when I receive the error message that.

The customer service and support has been amazing. So wonderful to have this from company.

There are a few fatal flaws (e.g., no way to ID to whom a release of information pertains, difficulty with some platforms, some billing limitations, some forms/fields that cannot be customized).

We love the fact that we can pull great data from the system in report form and be able to submit those directly for grants.

The software has so much involved that it can be difficult to set up new configurable forms, and there is no way to delete or "hide" forms that are no longer used.

It helps our staff be more accurate and complete in their documentation. Ease of use is extremely helpful.

The reporting is still lacking - we have to pay a contractor to write the reports for us with is costly for our agency.

Excellent, I started my EHR journey with Simple Practice, and I'm thrilled that I took a chance with Sessions Health, it was the best bet I've made in a long time.

Inability to bill EAP claims. When the system goes down or there is a problem we aren't notified and you have to search to determine its a problem on Sessions side.

Their response time is amazing and the explanations they offer are very clear and helpful. They provided support to transition from another EHR.

I had tried three other EHRs prior to finding SH. I will be with them forever unless they start acting crazy and making ridiculous rule changes or jacking up the price significantly.

Super user-friendly interface, seamless integration of session feedback and appointment reminders, great customer support.

In the meantime, there has been a huge influx of new users from another well-known platform who were sick of paying exorbitant fees and had legitimate concerns regarding the use of client data.

The transition was seamless and the experience has been wonderful switch. I tell everyone who needs an EHR platform to join SH.

I didn't want to make a wrong choice only to have the inconvenience of switching later.
